"I ordered two filters, but one of..."
I ordered two filters, but one of them came in the wrong size. What made it more confusing is the email seems to say one thing, but what showed up was something else. Just a frustrating mix-up overall.

"Felt overpriced and like I kept getting passed around"
I felt like the prices were too high for what I got. I had checked a few other filter sites beforehand, and this one just didn’t seem to offer much better value. On top of that, when I had questions, I felt like I was getting passed around instead of getting a clear answer. In the end, it felt like I paid too much for basic stuff.

"Flow rate is just okay"
I ordered a filter from purewaterfilters.us, and the whole process was smooth. It showed up fine, and installing it was easier than I expected—I thought I might have to mess with it more, but no, it went on without much trouble.

The main thing for me is the water flow. It’s not terrible, like if I’m just filling a glass it’s totally fine, but when I’m filling a pot for cooking, it feels noticeably slower than before. I keep standing there thinking okay, this is taking, anyway, it’s a bit annoying.

The water does taste good, so I’m not planning to send it back or anything. I just wish the flow had a little more power behind it. Overall, it works, but it’s not quite what I hoped for. 3 stars from me.

"Filters were harder to track down than I expected"
The site is fine overall, but the replacement filters I needed were out of stock when I first checked. I did end up finding them later, so it wasn’t a huge deal, just kind of annoying if you need them quickly. I also felt a little talked down to while trying to figure things out, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Refund took longer than it should have"
The refund did eventually come through, but it took way too long. I mean, you’d think a return would be handled in a reasonable amount of time, and support was slow to respond too.

"Support took forever and kept passing me around"
I emailed about my filter order and had to wait days just to get a response. When someone finally replied, it was super short and didn’t really solve anything. Then I got transferred to someone else, which just made the whole thing feel even more annoying because I had to explain it again. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely frustrating.

"Way easier than remembering filters myself"
I like this because it takes one little thing off my list. Compared to how I used to do it, where I’d suddenly realize the filter was overdue and then have to order in a hurry, this is just simpler.

The reorder subscription has been easy so far, and I like that I’m not locked into anything confusing. I can adjust it if I need to, and the shipping showed up when it was supposed to.

It’s not some huge life-changing thing, but compared with trying to remember it myself every time, it definitely saves me a bit of time and hassle.

"Give it a little time, but it does the job"
I’ve been using this filter for a bit now, and the water definitely tastes cleaner than it did before. It wasn’t an instant “wow” moment for me, but after a few days I could really tell the difference. If you’re trying it out, I’d say give it a little time before judging it — it seems to work well once it’s had a chance to run.

"Install was harder than I thought"
I thought this was going to be a quick install, but it ended up being more annoying than I expected. The directions wasn’t super clear, and I have to redo the fittings twice before it finally sat right. It works now and seems fine, but the whole setup part was not fun.

"My filter showed up within a few days..."
My filter showed up within a few days, which was great. The box was a little dented on one side, so I was slightly worried at first, but everything inside was completely fine. Maybe a bit more padding would help, but overall it wasn’t a big deal and I’m happy with it.

"I picked this up because my old filter..."
I picked this up because my old filter had started dripping under the sink, and I just had a gut feeling it was time to swap it out before it turned into a bigger headache. After tightening everything down, the little leak did stop, so I was definitely relieved about that.

The install wasn’t awful, but it took me longer than I thought it would, and something about the fittings just didn’t feel quite as sturdy as I expected. I checked it again the next day just to be safe, and so far there’s no mess, but I still find myself not fully trusting it yet.

"Installation instructions really threw me off"
I bought a filter from purewaterfilters.us, and maybe it’s partly on me because I’m not the handiest person and I was trying to do it after a long day, but the installation instructions were confusing. The pictures didn’t look like my setup, and a few steps felt like they were just skipped over, so I kept second-guessing where everything was supposed to go.
It ended up taking way longer than I expected, and I had to stop and look things up online just to get through it. The filter itself might be perfectly fine, but the instructions made the whole process way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"I bought this a few weeks ago..."
I bought this a few weeks ago because our tap water had this weird taste and smell that was getting hard to ignore. Once I got it set up, I noticed quickly that the water was much easier to drink and didn’t have that strong odor anymore. It did take a little longer than I expected to arrive, but after using it for a bit now, the filter has been working well so far.
